Refund Policy

1. Scope:

This refund policy applies to all corporations and individuals undertaking our CE course.  

2. Refund Timeframe:  

Corporations: Eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. No refund requests will be entertained after this period.
Individuals: If the course has been purchased by an individual and not on behalf of a corporation, they are eligible for a refund within 30 days provided they have not accessed or completed more than 25% of the course content.

3. Course Progress Limitation: 

Corporations: If a corporation has accessed or completed more than 50% of our course content, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Individuals: Individuals who have accessed or completed more than 25% of the course will not be eligible for a refund. Our system monitors progress and completion rates, and these records will be used to determine eligibility.

4. Requesting a Refund: 

Refund requests must be submitted via email. The email should include:  

Name (Individual or Corporation)
Date of Purchase
Reason for Refund Request
Any feedback (optional but appreciated)

5. Refund Process: 

Upon receipt of the refund request, our team will review the eligibility based on the above criteria. If the request meets all the required conditions, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The funds will be returned using the original payment method.  

6. Additional Notes:  

Please ensure that the email used to request the refund is the same as the one used during the course registration. This will speed up the verification process. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that don't meet our policy's conditions or are deemed fraudulent.

7. Feedback: 

While not mandatory, we highly value feedback accompanying refund requests. This helps us improve our offerings and better understand the needs of our corporate partners and individual learners.
